Electrolysis Hair Removal

In 1875 a DR. Charles E Michel used an electrical current directed through a thin wire to remove ingrown eyelashes. When he found out that the eyelashes did not grow back, he suggested that this method could be valuable in removing unwanted hair from the face. And thus Electrolysis was invented.

The principle remains the same although I like to think that we have perfected the treatment as it has been widely used for the last 50 years or so.

Electrolysis is used for the hair that IPL and Laser can’t remove. The light, fair or grey hair that is not picked up by IPL can be removed by Electrolysis.
